Welcome to Whitestone Lakehouse! Our 7 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Waterfront Cottage is located just outside of Parry Sound & Muskoka on Whitestone Lake. Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

For the weekend warriors out there recreational amenities include relaxing on the Waterfront/Swimming/Boating/Hot Tub/Sauna/Canoe/Kayaks/Hiking Trails/Hammock/2 Fire pits for camp fires, roasting marshmallows and talking under the night sky.

Indoor fun for those rainy days include a Theatre so you can cozy up and binge watch that great show you have been dying to see. Kids have plenty to do - they can play the X box or use the Pool Table, Outdoor Ping Pong or choose from lots of good old fashioned Board Games & Books from our floor to ceiling Library.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cottage for our wedding. The location was excellent — a beautiful, spacious property with so much to enjoy. From the pool and hot tub to the kayaks and private lake access, it had everything we could have hoped for and more. It truly felt like a retreat where our guests could relax and celebrate with us.Communication with Kim, the owner, was also outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made planning and organizing so much easier.This cottage was the perfect setting for such a special occasion, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great time had by all

This was a great place for our small elopement wedding. We stayed Friday to Monday with just under 20 of us. The views were gorgeous and we had the funest time! There was a lot of space for everyone as well as a lot of privacy. Communication was great between the hosts and I.

Beautiful for a wedding!

My partner and I had our wedding at this location and we could not have been happier! Everyone commented on how beautiful it was, and our photographer was so impressed she booked it for her own wedding!

I had the most beautiful, perfect wedding weekend thanks to Kim and Whitestone Lakehouse. The house is beautiful and the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Not only was Kim responsive throughout the weekend when questions arose, she has also been on the ball with any questions I had about the property for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately, given how busy we were all weekend with wedding activities, we didn't have the opportuniuty to fully enjoy all of the available amenities (canoes, kyaks, hot tub, sauna) but I so plan on returning in the future to enjoy all of these perks. Thank you so much for everything!

A Lovely Getaway

Beautiful views and property

We stayed here with our extended family of 12 which included ages 3-80 year olds. The property is well maintained and the views are unmatched. Lots of room for activities and plenty of fun to be had outside with trails, sauna and hot tub. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic cottage

The place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me, and everything was very clean. Tons of games for rainy days and the kids had a blast fishing, they caught 1 after another off the dock. Kim and Mark were great hosts and met all of our needs.

Incredible experience! The most epic retreat

This vacation home simply has it all! I have stayed at this home on 3 separate occasions with large groups of friends and each time is better than the last. The property is incredible and the host is top notice. Highly recommend staying here.

The perfect getaway

This was our second time staying here, and it was even better than we remembered. Kim is a kind, responsive, and professional host and any issues were promptly resolved. We enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer and made family memories that will last a lifetime. A couple highlights were the large living and gathering space, the hot tub and campfire circle, the amazing water access and dock, and getting to see a shooting star on a clear night! We can't wait to come back!

The perfect cottage venue

This place is perfect for hosting a group of family and friends. The location and views are beautiful and the cottage is huge with all the amenities you could possible ask for and then some. Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage.

Cozy stay and spacious

I and my friends had an amazing time at Kim’s chalet. Host provided us with an option of early check in and check out. Great hosts, they were always available for any questions and concerns. There was enough room and space for 18 of us. Games and recreation room kept us busy. We would definitely visit the lake house again.

One of a kind cottage

Had an elopement wedding at this cottage and it was everything I hoped for. The cottage was able to host both our families with a ton of space for everyone to feel at home and comfortable. Amenities were above and beyond. It felt like a dream looking out the windows in the great room. Would love to return in the future :)
