Situated on a private peninsula, Lakehouse on Whitestone is the perfect escape. The specific location of the Lakehouse allows views of BOTH sunrises and sunsets over Whitestone Lake. Inside you will feel right at home with cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, HD satellite tv, wifi, Wii game system pre-loaded with games. If you prefer, enjoy dinner or relax on the full width over the water balcony, while you take in the spectacular water view. The private dock is perfect fishing or swimming. There is plenty of space to dock your own boat or use one of the canoes, kayaks or peddle boat to explore the lake.

If you prefer, enjoy dinner or relax on the full size over the water balcony, while you take in the spectacular water view. The private dock is perfect fishing or swimming. There is plenty of space to dock your own boat or use one of the canoes, kayaks, paddle board or peddle boat to explore the lake.

We have done several upgrades since last year to make your stay even more comfortable than before including;

- New Farmhouse style dinning table and chairs (seats 8)
- New large COZEY sectional with chaise lounge,
- New Grill Master bbq
- New Maytag oven with warming element
- upgraded plumbing and triple UV Filtered drinkable water.

Wonderful Whitestone!

The views at this cottage are stunning! The updated kitchen and master bedroom made it feel like a resort! The water toys at the dock were lots of fun and the lake is great for swimming, boating, etc. The hosts (Jeff and Tina) provided a warm welcome when we arrived but you will have to find out for yourself (I won’t spoil it). We have rented cottages for years and years in the Halliburton, Parry Sound, Huntsville areas and I put this one in the top three. We will definitely be back!

Chilling by the lakeside

Beautiful cottage on the lakeside! My friends and I very much enjoyed using the water toys and hanging out by the deck. People around this cottage were very friendly as well. The cottage was super clean, had very nice furniture, and organized. Our main purpose of this trip was to make good meals and hang out by the lake. Couple things that could have made our trip a 5 star, we loved all the amenities in the kitchen however it was hard to use without cooking oil, we wished he had known that before our arrival. For the bbq grill the gas tank was almost empty on our arrival, having the solution ready on deck for us would have saved time and not have our food on the grill cold. For entertainment such as Netflix, having a guest account for travellers would be handy instead of messaging the host for a PIN code. I was advised to use my own account during my stay, not the best solution I was looking for. Lastly, my friends and I were so mindful with the garbage disposal rules due to the penalty fee, it was very inconvenient to be advised to take the garbage to a dump and then be advised the dump is closed. If the dump is not open and were expected to take our garbage, a later checkout time could of helped. Overall great cottage, hope this feedback helps. Thank you again for sharing this experience with us.
