Family Waterfront Cottage - McKellar, Ontario
Charming 3 bedroom waterfront cottage on a private point. Great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Situated on Squaw / Moffat Lake, a 5 minute drive (6 k.m.) from McKellar and a 20 minute drive (25 k.m.) from Parry Sound. Open concept dining and living area with wrap around deck. The cottage is clean and well kept. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top.

"¢ bathroom with tub, shower and hot water
"¢ T.V. and DVD player (no T.V. reception)
"¢ lovely large wrap around deck overlooking the lake with patio furniture and a propane BBQ
"¢ private dock and beach area on approximately 200 feet (out of 1000 feet) of cleared waterfront
"¢ canoe, 2 Kayaks, Paddle Boat and other water / beach toys
"¢ life jackets (PFD's) are available for both adult and children
"¢ beach area for kids play

â?¢ living/dining room has a cathedral ceiling and large circulating fan with a dining table and chairs, wood stove, sofa, love seat and recliner chair
â?¢ the bathroom has a shower, tub, toilet and vanity
â?¢ there are sufficient blankets and pillows
â?¢ there is a barbecue on the deck
â?¢ water front is approximately 1,000 feet, including a sandy beach just in front of the cottage, with a large floating dock (approximately 200 feet is cleared)
â?¢ the lake is about 3 Kilometres long, with 2 larger bodies of water at either end of the narrows
â?¢ fish in the lake are pike, pickerel, bass and a few rainbow trout
â?¢ the setting is quite private, but not isolated. There are cottages across the lake, but none close on either side of us
