Sleeping Arrangements: Our queen bed and sofa bed (for Children, NOT suitable for Adults), along with a cozy couch, are situated in a spacious lounge and kitchen area, ensuring plenty of room for relaxation and socializing.

The Bedroom is Open Plan, no door on the bedroom.

Home Comforts: You'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a dishwasher, heat pump, fridge freezer, and Chromecast for streaming your favorite content.

Pet-Friendly Features: We welcome your furry companions with a dog door that leads to a secure yard, so they can enjoy the holiday too. The door itself does not open but the Hole In the wall does for your dog.

Location Benefits: Situated just a 5-minute drive from the heart of Whitianga, close to a dog park and opposite a sports field, our location is ideal for exploring and enjoying local activities.

Self-Service Check-In: Arrival is easy with our key lockbox, allowing you to start your holiday the moment you arrive.

Guest Information:
Access is through the sliding door, with the unit located towards the back. Drive down the driveway to find your home away from home. We'll send the key code your way once you book.

Parking: A spot in front of the garage is reserved for you.

Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen comes equipped with a convection oven and induction hot plates for your cooking needs.

Good Neighbor Policy: Another space on the property might be occupied, so we appreciate everyone being considerate with parking and noise.

Entertainment: With Chromecast and Airplay available, you can easily stream shows and movies from your devices to the TV. No Sky TV.

Check-Out: We ask that you leave by 10 am. If you've brought pets, please ensure the area is clean for the next guests.
