Week long stay

This is my second stay at this location. The place is clean and quiet. At one point during the week, all three rooms on the floor were occupied but we couldn’t hear any noise from the other guests. The hosts were very responsive when we had a couple of concerns about the room. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed one night of seven as the linens and the carpets were sub par. It was like a friend or family member was putting you up at no cost and that's what it was worth-zero. I booked elsewhere and was in contact with a Vrbo agent, shared photos I took compared to the much brighter looking and better looking unit. The agent said he saw no difference and I would not be getting a refund for the balance of the stay. I also messaged the owner to say we were leaving-I was not having my wife stay there and there was no reply. The only message came the day before we would have been checking out to remind us. The place was craptastic.

Pas aimer pas de communication quand il y en avais impossible d’avoir information en français endroit nous disais 2 chambres avec air climatisé air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas le lieu sentais la cigarette nous n’avons pas pu coucher la ! Nous avons été très très déçu 😢 Sa nous a prit 2h à trouver une chambre tout étais complet Petit chambre très sombre les photos ne sont aucunement comme prévu besoin de bon nettoyage Comment puis-je faire pour me faire rembourser?
