Fabulous communication from Susan. Loved being able to take our dog. Thank you. Bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. Loved having sea views from both sides of the property. Very relaxing stay.

We love coming to Aotea, it has become one of our favourite places to visit. We had an awesome time at the Cosy Aotea Cottage. It is a great location, close to the beach. The bach had everything we needed including a comfy bed and great seating area outside. Our two dogs loved it and we were able to relax knowing they were secure in the fully fenced section. Susan was great to deal with and extremely helpful.

We love Aotea, such a lovely tranquil friendly place. Hot Water beach in Kawhia is pretty amazing.

Lovely little escape from the city

Aotea Village is absolutely beautiful and the location of the bach was idillic. Windows look out to the magical forest and the beach is a two minute walk away.

Great Place to get a way ,

We just stayed there for 2 nights , but where thinking to expand. Location is fabulous- lots of things to do around the next 100 km . Good Fishing and walking . Very relaxed carefree Days .

Wee piece of paradise

Lovely bach with easy access to one of the most beautiful harbours in NZ (in our opinion). Susan was so easy to deal with. A magic weekend and we'll be back for another visit I'm sure

The perfect place to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. Aotea is so peaceful and pretty. The bach had everything we needed and Susan had communicated where the nearest shops were so we came prepared with groceries. We were able to just chill out.

Best weekend trip ever

My partner and I came to Kawhia for a weekend away. Susan was so amazing and so responsive. The cottage was clean and tidy. We had a restful stay. It was quiet and so peaceful, especially with the ocean so close by. I’ll definitely be coming back here

Peaceful retreat

We loved our stay in this sleepy littleVillage.Bach has everything you need with a deck looking over to the sea.1 minute walk to the beach, we had a dip every morning.Really safe swimming spot and perfect for our dog who had an even better time than us. Would stay here again. Owners communication was excellent. Always responded almost immediately.

Aotea Mini Break

Susan is amazing to deal with. The bach is in a superb location only a 2 minute walk to the water. Its fully fenced and would be great for dogs to be secured in. I would recommend this property.

Awesome spot to retreat from the world

Great wee spot to get away from it all. Beautifully quiet, relaxed and friendly. Susan is an epic host, super helpful but leaves you to it. Spotlessly clean, with everything you need. We'll be back!!
