This property is ideal for a long-stay rental, but short stays are welcome too! Perfect for a couple on a romantic retreat, or a pair of business partners in town for a meeting where they can experience living in Perth like a local.

Getting Around:
There are several bus stops around the area, able to take you to the city in 15 minutes or further. If you prefer. there is also a Transperth ferry located on Mends St Jetty which is another option to get to the city - this is a 10 minute ride. By car Fremantle is about a 20 minute drive and Perth City is about a 5 minute drive.

Location of the property was great. The condition of the property was not as per the photos. It was not clean, bathroom full of black mould, faulty tap, broken lampshade, stained doona. In no way resembled an "executive" apartment
