With four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home is ideal for families or groups. The primary suite features a king bed plus a twin trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests. Every room is designed with comfort in mind, offering flexibility and space to unwind after a day of coastal adventures.

Spend your days beachcombing, exploring the tidepools, or simply lounging on the deck with a good book and the sound of the sea as your soundtrack. However you choose to spend your time, Ocean’s Edge offers the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.

Things to Know
Noise Monitoring:
A noise monitoring system is in place to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. There are no interior or pool/spa cameras—just discreet devices to prevent excessive noise.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
We happily welcome your furry friends! A $100 pet fee per pet applies (max 3 pets/$300 total). Please do not leave pets unattended inside the home, even if crated. Failure to follow pet policies may result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Ongoing Maintenance Notes:

Occasional subcontractor visits may occur, but they won’t require access to the home.

The hot tub is currently undergoing repairs and may be unavailable during your stay.

Garage roof repairs are in progress—this space is not accessible to guests.
