For an additional fee this unit includes access to the marina and boat slip. Boat slip is 40ft long x 13ft wide will hold a 35ft boat. Wet slip no boat lift. Boat registration and proof of insurance are required.

Great location. Beautiful views of the harbor only complaint is it lists a hot tub and heated pool but there is no hot tub and the pool was freezing. Other than that it was amazing

Beautiful view
There were 5 of us. This place and view was absolutely beautiful. The place looked better than the pics online. A 10 min walk to the beach. The only thing would be a extra loveseat. The living room furniture only sits 3. Not a fan of the high table in the living room to sit with kids.
