The Studio is one large room, apprx 500 sq.ft. tiny living at it's best. The bathtoom has a shower, toiket, sink, medicine cabinet, and storage, it has one step up to enter! Towels are available, you can also use the cloth line outside by the unit. The unit has its own full size hot water tank. This studio offers 4 big windows , one facing the water, the storm door has a vented window and the screen door a full glass so you can enjoy the Waterview. It has a fully equipped kitchen with 4 full size appliances; fridge with freezer, self cleaning oven, stackable washer and dryer. All dishes, utensils, pots, pans and cooking utensils included. Small appliances: a coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, kettle. A smart TV, unlimited wifi, Netflix and Amazon prime (no renting allowed). A seperate entrance own heat source, a ceiling fan and a dehumidifier. It has a couch, 2 cgsurs coffee table, bookshelves, a dresser and ample storage. A queen size bed with bedding, blankets and pillows. It is heated by a large propane heater which is in the unit. You will have your own parking spot and a carport just behind the studio. The owner lives on the property and has a friendly dog. A small café table and chairs & 2 gravity chairs are just outside your door so you can relax and enjoy a meal or beverage outside. The inside kitchen table and 4 chairs are situated in a bright sunny spot.
On St Joseph Island you will find several restaurants, a grocery store, LCBO outlets, shopping, convenience stores, museums, historical sites marinas, activities, and a vibrant fun community if you want to get involved.
