We loved staying at this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and an awesome backyard! The owners couldn’t be more kind or gracious, we will be back! Thank you for the hospitality!
This property was immaculately clean and very organized. The decor was eclectic and inviting. It was conveniently located to the U Ark campus and other local popular places. The outside space was inviting (we didn't get to use it due to the weather). Great place!
We stayed for a baseball tourney in the Fayetteville/Bentonville area. This house was so cute and quite and had a TON of character. And the price was right! Perfect for us and our two teenagers. The kitchen had everything you need and the bathroom was great (HUGE SHOWER). We didn't use the back yard area but it would have been perfect for hanging out (it rained the entire time we were there). We will be back if available next year for the tourney!
This property was amazing! I loved everything about it. It’s was nice and cozy and so cute. I loved the back yard and seating area. Rheta was so nice and accommodating. I honestly didn’t want to leave. It was a beautiful experience!
This is an adorable house with a fantastic outdoor space out back. Enjoyed coffee and reading on the back patio every morning surrounded by beautiful landscaping and birdsong. Had the college kids and their friends over to watch baseball, play horseshoes, darts and cards in the wonderful backyard covered entertaining space. Comfy beds, soft sheets, plenty of towels. Absolutely amazing property owner- great communication! We’ll be back!

Pretty patio, colorful home within minutes of downtown
We had a great time staying at this house! 5 minutes from downtown Fayetteville, 15 minutes from Springdale, 30 minutes from Bentonville & Crystal Bridges and 30 minutes from Devil's Den State Park. This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The decor is colorful, artsy, and warm—a welcome difference compared to the cold, grey interiors of most rentals these days. The host lives next door, but don't let that deter you if you are the shy/private type—she did not seek us out, but we introduced ourselves, and she was super friendly and accessible. I wish we'd had longer stay planned so that we could have spent a little more time enjoying the lovely patio and garden in the backyard! This was a great little spot. We would stay again in a heartbeat if/when we find ourselves in Fayetteville again!
This property is fantastic! There is plenty of parking and space if you’d like to have a gathering especially if you use the outdoor space. There is seating and a tv with a great atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you’d need. Perfect eating space in the dining room and the beds are really comfortable. The owner is very responsive and kind. She is proud of this property as she should be. We loved it!!

Amazing hangout space
We truly enjoyed staying at this quaint house in Fayetteville. It was only about a mile from our son's apartment and easy to access various directions for activities over the weekend. We were able to use the outdoor space to celebrate a family event with local friends watching football and eating pizza! We got to play horseshoes and talk and just enjoy being together. The house is older but has been redone so cute! The only drawbacks were that some of the outlets weren't compatible with three-pronged devices and the AC went out on the next to last day. It was a day we planned to be out most of the day and the evening was incredibly cool so it didn't turn out badly. The owner lives next door and was exceptionally apologetic and so very kind about the inconvenience. She's obviously proud of the space she has created and seems to receive so much joy from seeing her guests enjoying themselves as well. I'd still highly recommend staying here for a calm and relaxing location away from the chaos but still accessible to all.
