This bright apartment is perfectly located in sought-after area of Cupecoy, just 3 miles from Princess Juliana International Airport, Maho beach and is in walking distance to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The property consists of: a covered terrace overlooking the lagoon and Porto Cupecoy, an American equipped kitchen, a lagoon view bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with single bed bunk beds, a bright living room with a couch that can pull out for extra sleeping space and a marble bathroom with spa-type bathtub. Small desk and chair for work space.

On site, the building has a car rental office, business center, hairdresser, massage parlor, spa and beauty salon, fitness centre, convenience store, restaurant, bar and private access to small white sandy beach.
Events are organized mostly every day including activities like Karaoke Night, Caribbean night, Latino Nights, Bingo and live music.

Within easy walking distance to 2 grocery stores, several bars and restaurants, the beautiful white sand mullet beach which is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet ski, kite surf, surf, sailing, and other water sports, along with nearby 18 holes golf course. Enjoy island-hopping to nearby Anguilla and St. Barts or take a drive into Philipsburg to enjoy duty free shopping at the upscale designer boutiques, its various international gastronomic dining, casinos and evening entertainment clubs.

Fantastic Spot!

We loved our stay at Jen's place in Cupecoy. It was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic!! Walking distance to restaurants, Mullet Nay Beach, and markets. The resort is quiet, yet fun, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn and Alan’s place everything we needed was there. The pool and beach were relaxing and they have happy hour 5-6 every night- we took advantage of this! The food was great around the island plus we were able to cook since the kitchen was fully stocked. Jenn and Alan were quick to reply when we needed and even helped us when our flight was canceled due to weather which was very appreciated!

Great property, the owner was kind enough make extra stuff available to guests as sunscreen, after sun lotions, swimming supplies for kids etc. property is located beside a local beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and stores . The unit was very clean, spacious and very well equipped, right down to shampoo, sunscreen, tote bags, pool toys. We loved the Cupacoy area - so many great beaches, restaurants within walking distance. Very central to get anywhere. Jen was a fantastic host - very quick to respond to questions and helpful with ideas. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short by a few nights - thank you, Jen, for your kindness.

Fun time in Cupecoy

We had a great stay at Holiday House. House was well equipped. We loved the 2 for 1 happy hour at the resort. Shower was great! Close to neighborhood market and restaurants. Host was incredible with communication! Jen recommended a boat tour company and restaurants. All recommendations were spot on!
