Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to six guests, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite provides direct outdoor access and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring grab bars and a bench. Each bedroom is thoughtfully prepared with soft linens, extra pillows, and ample storage, creating restful retreats for both short visits and extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals together, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking basics. Enjoy breakfast at the dining table before heading to the beach, or gather for dinner after sunset on the deck. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, while essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper ensure comfort throughout your visit.

Outdoor living
Two expansive decks, a sunroom, and a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop sundeck offer sweeping views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Grill your favorite meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outdoors at the dining area, or relax with a book and the sound of waves nearby. Beach access is located just across the street.

Set in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, the home is just 4.5 miles from the Vilano Beach Bridge and historic St. Augustine, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks. Nature enthusiasts can explore the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, only three miles south, with its hiking trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
