Sleeping arrangements
The main level provides two comfortable bedrooms designed for rest. Just off the primary bedroom, an additional sleeping area includes a full-size bed that works well for children or extra guests. Upstairs, the Light Keepers Suite offers a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Encircled by 360-degree windows, this suite delivers sweeping views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, creating a private retreat for quiet moments.

Outdoor living
A bright sunroom connects to a spacious deck where you can gather with family and friends in the salt air. A second deck expands your space for lounging and conversation, while the BBQ grill and outdoor seating make dining in the open air effortless. From sunrise to evening stargazing, the decks are crafted for immersion in the beauty of Ponte Vedra Beach.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and a beverage center. Cook fresh seafood from nearby markets, prepare simple meals, or share wine and coffee together around the dining table. A bar area adds a casual spot for conversation while meals come together.

Amenities
You’ll have conveniences such as washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedrooms are stocked with essentials like linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper, plus extra pillows and blankets. A bathtub, hair dryer, cleaning products, iron, and clothing storage are also provided. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms as well as a fire extinguisher.

Neighborhood
Beach access is located directly across the street, with South Ponte Vedra Park about a mile north for an accessible entry point. St. Augustine is just 4.5 miles away, offering historic streets, dining, and shopping, while nature trails and waterways at Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve lie three miles north.

Free parking is available on the premises, and you’ll have a private entrance with self check-in via lockbox. Long term stays are welcome, with the property allowing stays of 28 days or more. Please note that shampoo is not provided.
