We absolutely LOVED our time here! The views of the beach are incredible as you are right off the water. Everything we could have needed was available to us and the host was AMAZING if we needed anything else! The kitchen is HUGE and perfect for our big family trip. We played many games around the dining table. If you are thinking about booking here, you absolutely should!! It's a little slice of paradise on the A1A perfectly positioned between Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

We needed to find a vacation home last minute as our original destination had a water main break that made the house unavailable. We were already on the road and I found this house which luckily had availability at the last minute. The owners got right back to us, offered any help they could to make our transition smooth to this destination. We were so impressed with both the home and the beach! The owners reached out a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was working out. We can’t thank the hosts enough!!! We had a wonderful week and would recommend this home and would definitely stay again!!

Jessica was very responsive to our questions and concerns which we appreciated. We loved the fence along the front of the house for our 2 dogs. Since the road is very busy the fence kept the dogs from going to the road. The beach was almost empty. Only neighbors out walking their dogs. We loved being oceanfront. The house was clean and comfortable. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Saint Augustine.

Location was perfect. Totally private beach. Had everything we needed. Lots of dining seating. There were 7 of us and we were able to eat together. 15 minutes to St Augustine and 15 minutes to Sawgrass. Grocery stores and shopping both areas.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was excellent. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessities. The views were wonderful and the beach felt like it was our own. We have stayed in the area many times before but this property was exceptional.

The house has everything you need but it’s really about the location. You’re steps from the ocean. The beach has little foot traffic which makes it feel like your own private spot. The host are very communicative and do their best to make you feel welcomed.

Family vacation
