Our place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to a park with a large and well equipped playground. It is just a few minutes drive to nearby grocery stores and restaurants such as Freshco, Walmart, KFC, McDonalds, etc. It has a quick access to highway 404, which can take you to Downtown Toronto.
It is a completely separate unit from the main floor, with its own secure walk-out entrance, private laundry, clean 3-piece washroom with full shower and hygiene supplies, and high-speed internet. Guests will have free on-site parking available for them.
It has 2 fully furnished cozy bedrooms with large walk-in closets and 4 beds in total, including a toddler bed.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining equipment, as well as an electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, and rice cooker.
