45 on Fairway is a new home, offering quality furnishings and a very relaxed atmosphere.
You can even enjoy your own putting green.
Ducted heating and cooling is provided, and for the cooler months you will just love the ambience of the feature gas log fire.
Smart tv's in living areas, coffee machine, all the modern appliances to enjoy.
Bedroom 1 has King bed / fan ensuite with shower and toilet
bedroom 2 has Queen bed / fan/ robes.
Bedroom 3 has King bed / fan / robes.
Bedroom 4 has 2 King single beds / fan / robes.
Double garage and 2 additional car parking spaces at the front of the house.
Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga.
WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
