Welcome to your new abode! You'll find you can easily park 2 cars tandem in the spacious driveway. Upon entering a hallway, this leads you to an open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The second bedroom is tucked away at the rear of the house, ensuring your privacy.
The first bedroom is situated at the front of the house, just off the entry hallway. It boasts large windows that overlook the private courtyard, creating a serene atmosphere. A comfortable queen bed and ample storage space is available, along with a split system that provides heating and cooling, as well as a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The cozy front lounge features a ceiling fan that ensures your comfort all year round. You can enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV or relax on the modular leather lounge while taking advantage of the wall-mounted entertainment unit. Large jarrah doors open up to reveal your own private courtyard, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or play games such as Chess, Jenga, poker & Uno.
The open-plan dining area adjacent to the kitchen comfortably seats four guests.
Opposite the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm. Whether your stay is short or long, enjoy full use of the gas cooktop, wall-mounted electric oven/griller, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, toasted sandwich maker, and a Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother. A full-sized fridge/freezer provides plenty of space for all your groceries.
For your convenience, a laundry area is located off the kitchen, with a wall-mounted electric dryer and a front-loader washing machine for your laundry needs. Cleaning products, such as a vacuum, mop, and bucket, are also provided. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a study area with a desk and desk chair, offering a comfortable space to work or study from home.
To the rear of the house, you'll find bedroom 2, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom features a bunk bed system, with a king single bed accessible via a ladder and a double bed underneath. A split system provides heating and cooling, while a pedestal fan is provided for your comfort.
The modern bathroom is light and bright, featuring a shower with a rainfall showerhead and a separate handheld attachment. A separate bath is also available for a relaxing soak.
