Great property!

Whilst the condo could do with some modernising, this doesn't impact your stay. The condo has great facilities including a washer and dryer, TV, dish washer and great air con. The place was clean and a great size for 2 people. The complex was easy to find and in a great location for local amenities. The shared pool was fantastic and quiet and only a short walk from the condo. There was always plenty of parking and the area felt very safe. If I was going to suggest some improvements it would be to have more utensils available in the kitchen and having the headboard replaced on the bed, as this was quite old and tired. I would stay again at this condo!

Great location, small unit

Barbara very responsive, helpful and friendly. While the location was great, the unit is smaller than it seemed online and very dated. Whole unit needs to be updated especially appliances. Loved proximity to pool, tennis and walking Bonita Bay.

I would not rent this unit

Ratty furniture. Old cooked eggs on a pan we tried to cook breakfast in on our first day and FILTHY silverware. New pots were brought in a couple of days later but at that point the damage had been done and we would never cook in the unit during our stay
