My name is Debbie and husband Rick. Our main home is in North Vancouver and have been a part time resident in Whistler and property manager at Whistler for decades including a VRBO host at Whistler since 2007. We love Whistler as a year round getaway. We enjoy snowboarding in the winter and golfing, hiking and biking in the off season. We recently purchased our new townhouse in Deer Run and have just finished our complete renovation. I am an Interior Designer and artist. My husband Rick is an Electrical contractor. We applied our combined expertise, knowledge and resources to every detail in our new abode.

We knew that Deer Run was the complex we wanted to invest in as it is well managed and has unusual and large spaces. Townhouses in Deer Run
rarely come on the market for sale. After 2.5 years of waiting we finally succeeded in purchasing this incredible end unit in the complex. The proximity to everything is the best!
The sought after Deer Run Townhouse complex is situated above the Whistler Golf Course. Just steps to the Valley trail which walks you around the Whistler Golf course to the Village in 15 minutes or a 10 minute walk to Alta lake for public beaches and docks.
Blueberry Hill is right beside Whistler Village, a 12 minute stroll on a charming, natural lit path.
Very quiet and calm in the evenings, just out of earshot of the bustling Village.
There are three premium golf courses in Whistler Village. The Arnold Palmer Designed Whistler Golf Club is 5 minutes away. Nicklaus North and Fairmont Golf Clubs are 10 minutes away . Another premium course , Big Sky Pemberton Club is a 30 minutes drive.
