The bedroom features a king bed with a new Beautyrest Hybrid king mattress and a new 55-inch LG high def tv with streaming capabilities. Wifi & internet included. The hall bath features a tub/shower combo. This property rents any Saturday to Saturday in season, any 7 nights off season.
Guest have use of the storage locker with some beach equipment. Secured building with 1 assigned parking space, and a coin operated laundry facility.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
