The layout:
This newly renovated property is perfect for large families or groups with 4 queen bedrooms & 2 queen sofa beds, sleeping 12 in 6 different areas.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, ample storage space, and ceiling fans. A main bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, heated towel rails, and a separate toilet for convenience. The 4th bedroom downstairs has another queen-sized bed, and a honeymoon style ensuite with a spa bath and shower combination, heated towel rail, and a separate powder room.
To accommodate larger groups, both upstairs and downstairs living areas include queen sofa beds, with blinds and curtains cleverly separating the areas.
The main living area includes a large smart TV with plenty of couch seating, a room divider if required, as well as a natural gas fireplace. Upstairs and downstairs both have split system air-conditioners for year round heating and cooling. You have access to loads of books, board games, colouring books, Wifi and much more.
The kitchen is everything you have dreamed of, with a servery window to outdoor breakfast bar and BBQ area:

Outside is our favourite area, we have created this to be a sanctuary for our guests. The backyard is fully enclosed and features outdoor dining with umbrella and seating for 12, an adult's swing chair, built-in natural gas BBQ, outdoor sink, breakfast window, herb and edible gardens for your use. For an extra adventure, there is a Chiminea for marshmallow toasting, damper baking, or just staring into the flames for a relaxing evening.
Big and small kids alike will love the cubby house, swing set, and an air-conditioned games room featuring a pool table and air hockey table combination.
Under the carport, you will discover an Electric Vehicle charger, outdoor hot & cold shower, fisherman’s sink, dog wash & pet dryer.
The large front deck includes a comfy outdoor lounge/dining area with seating for 8.
The ramp at the front allows access to the upstairs without using the stairs.
High chair & Porta cot available on request.
