* Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
* Late check-out may be available upon request. Requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees may apply based on availability and departure time.
* Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
* An additional fee of $25 per night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.

Beautiful space with lots of natural light and artwork. Clean and spacious, plenty of room for five guests. Outdoor area is nice too. Quiet and lots of places to explore within walking distance. The shower head in the primary bathroom wasn’t user friendly but the shower itself is huge. Would recommend.

Spacious loft in cool neighborhood

This place was larger than expected. We enjoyed the beer hall across the street as well as other nearby restaurants. It was a 25 min walk from Coors Field. Sometimes we had to park around the block but we were always able to find something pretty quickly. We would stay here again.
