3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath, nicely furnished single story, single-family Peninsula Point home. Steps to the sand. Close to Balboa Pier and the Fun Zone. The first bedroom off the kitchen the middle bedroom has a queen bed, the back bedroom a king. The back bedroom has a sliding glass door to access a rear deck. Three outdoor patios. An elevated front deck at the entry a side patio just off the kitchen has a gas barbecue and a back patio. The garage is not available, street parking only. SLP# 10929

The out of town family solution....

Was able to put up visiting family from East Cast into a very NICE rental 2 blocks from my home on the Balboa Peninsula. Perfect experience and far better than the hotel option. THANK YOU!

Amazing location

Only a 2 min walk to the beach and a fun front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee. The outdoor shower was great for our teenage boys when we would come in from the beach. Beds were comfy, seating was great for our family of 5.

Place was great! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone. Other reviews were concerned Of the construction nearby but we didn’t have any issues with the noise. Beds were comfortable. Beach was next door, and nearby food / shopping was just a 5-10 min walk. Great location!

Best Spot on Balboa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always this is the best beach house on the block! Cozy and just a few seconds from the sand. My family and I have been coming here for the past 9 years and each year is better than the last! If I have to complain about something it would be for the cleaners to pay close attention to the amount of dust on the walls in the bedrooms.
