With a large area living room, patio with bbq and full kitchen, this home has all you need. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, the family room and 2 full bathrooms provide plenty of room to unwind and enjoy the sun on the balcony. The master suite has a king bed and an adjoining bath. Washer and dryer and one parking spot.
The front patio has a table that seats four, an umbrella, bay breezes and a BBQ, great for grilling while making plans for the next day's adventures! The home has one car parking space on a pad at the rear of the property.
The bayside neighborhood where the home is located is a real gem. Close to the beach and bay, yet cut off from much of the hustle and bustle of the Peninsula, it provides a quieter spot to enjoy all the same amenities as others in high-traffic areas. Families with smaller children will appreciate the bay beaches with no waves where even toddlers can enjoy the water without getting bowled over by the surf.
