Welcome to your perfect getaway destination! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a spacious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom provides two twin beds, accommodating your entire group with ease. Both bathrooms feature refreshing showers for your convenience. Unwind in the inviting tiled living room equipped with cable and DVD for entertainment, or stay connected with wireless high-speed internet. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and take advantage of the washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Step outside to the screened porch and savor the peaceful ambiance of your surroundings.

This unit has a crows nest, which is a small balcony on the roof with FANTASTIC views on the gulf.

Please note that the boardwalk to the beach by the pool area is temporarily closed for reconstruction, but you can still enjoy easy beach access via the boardwalk at the east end of the resort. Thanks for your understanding, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you re bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV s have Roku, no cable at this time.

A perfect spot for a Sanibel getaway!

Comfortable, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Loved the screened porch and easy access to shops and restaurants. Everything made our stay stress-free and relaxing.

We had such a great time at Signal Inn Unit with our kids and dog. The space was roomy enough for all of us, and it was easy to walk out to the beach. In the evenings, we'd watch the sunset over the water. It felt relaxed, simple, and just right for our family.

The indoor living furniture was very uncomfortable. The home had outdoor wicker furniture being used as indoor. We had to use a lounge chair for extra seating. All honestly, it was more comfortable then what was provided.
