Charmant Apartment

Our host rented out the property on another site claiming that the email was not sent to them. We had to send 4 messages that went unanswered and after calling directly 4 times we were informed that we had no housing with 24 hours before arrival. They were unhelpful and blamed the VRBO team for their inattentiveness to their email. We were very grateful to secure a new listing with an outstanding host in a far better location. I do not recommend using this host at all.
