This updated charmer is within walking distance of Hedge Row and Englewood Beaches and a short drive (2 miles) to Yarmouth's largest and arguably the most popular beach, Sea Gull Beach. The open floor layout offers in- kitchen dining and leads into a comfortable seating area with large screen tv. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom opens into a small den with desk for working remotely. Mini splits offer cooling for the whole house. The outdoor shower is large and updated. The cottage is conveniently located to Hyannis Harbor and activities, fine dining, causal dining, minigolf, the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ferries, ice cream, theater, museums, and more! Getting a beach parking pass ahead of your vacation is recommended.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
