Sofa bed:
Queen sofa bed downstairs to accommodate additional guests. Sofa bed located in second living space separated from main living area.

HOUSE RULES
Pets:
If dogs are indoor, they must be well-trained and clean such that they do not pee/poo inside and do not damage or dirty the interior or items. Outdoor dogs must be behaved enough that they do not damage or dig up the yard or garden.
Noise:
Noise and disruption from the premises must be kept to a respectful level in consideration of the neighbours.

Electric vehicle charging is permitted by request only.
Guest verification process:
Our third-party provider, Truvi, will conduct guest a verification process. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation which fails Truvi's guest verification process which will be conducted immediately after reservation.
