The Grenville House is a newly built, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath bungaloft vacation home located in the picturesque village of Southampton, Ontario. Guests will appreciate the quiet neighbourhood close to Fairy Lake, with trees bordering the back and side of the property’s private back yard.
This vacation property is everything you could ask for. The Living/Dining/Kitchen is open concept with a beautiful kitchen, comfy living room and seating for 6 at the dining room table or enjoy your meal at the island. The main floor Primary Suite boasts a king-sized bed, three-piece bathroom with a gorgeous glass shower and walk-in closet. The laundry room and a powder room are both on the main level.
Upstairs you will find a common area with couch and SMART TV, two bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom. The upper lever bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and two twins.
Cozy up and relax with a glass of wine after a day exploring Saugeen Shores on the front porch in front of the striking gas stone fireplace. Prepare your dinner on the BBQ out on the back patio or enjoy any one of the local restaurants.
