We love Southampton for many reasons and we want to share it with others. SANDS is a sweet stylish cottage that sleeps 10, with plenty of space to lounge, dine and play.  This is a great spot for multiple families or cross-generational get-togethers. Lots of common space in the basement games room, projector TV room, and main floor living room.

Life in Southampton any time of the year is magical from the gorgeous beaches to fun restaurants and close to some amazing hiking and biking.

Close to town and beach our cottage chic home is fully decked out with home touches from super comfortable furniture, to original art, to Endy mattresses and duvets to a dining table for ten inside and outdoors. Games and movie room really make it a spot for fun to take place! Backyard backs to bike trail, 5-minute walk to town, and 7-minute walk to beach! Brand NEW hottub in the backyard ready to enjoy!

We had a wonderful family thanksgiving at the cottage. The place was very well equipped - nothing was missing. The cottage itself is “beach chic”, spacious and very comfortable. The setting was fabulous - an incredible beach, the town of Southampton is charming and we lucked out with spectacular weather. Definitely a place our family will return to.

We had an awesome stay! Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults + 4 kids. Had absolutely everything you need, plus a lot of great extras for the beach (wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc.). Location is fantastic: easily walkable to beach, plus nearby access to a bike trail. Pretty much a perfect vacation!

This VRBO is beautifully maintained with lots of space and attention to detail. Wonderful outdoor area too with hot tub and fireplace area. Host was very responsive to texts about some minor concerns. Highly recommend. Beautiful outdoor

Great house and location

Fantastic location within easy walk of the beach. We had 10 people, six adults, one teen and three children. The house was a great size and very comfortable for us. The only minor glitches were very quickly and kindly dealt with by the owners.

Beautiful Property in Quiet Neighbourhood

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Ping pong table, chess, games; lots for the children to do. Short walk to the beach, or 2 bikes to enjoy cycling. Fully equipped kitchen and we made full use of the BBQ. We highly recommend this property. Irene

Amazing!

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway! There was lots of room for everyone, the facilities were in great shape, and the beds were very comfortable. There was everything we needed for cooking a roast dinner and having a large family meal. The outside setting was beautiful with colourful lights in the huge hot tub and along the deck area. Thank you so much!

Perfect large family getaway

This house was perfect for our party of 7 adults and 3 children. The house was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed the hot tub, ladder ball, bikes, paddle board, games and ping pong. The basement movie room was great for the kids to watch a movie while the adults played games. The house is located within walking distance from the beach, downtown, shops and restaurants. We have been to Southampton many times over the years and stayed in a few rentals, this one was by far the best! We would love to come back next summer.

Wonderful Fall Weekend

A wedding in our family was the reason for booking our wonderful weekend in Southampton. The Emerald Drive property was the perfect place for part of my large family to prepare for the event as well as to enjoy the ambiance of the town and area. Although we did not make use of all the property had to offer, we could see its potential for future visits. With plenty of room, great amenities, and a serene environment, we had the perfect place to stay during and after our event. Thanks to our hosts for their timely responses and hospitality.

We have spent our summers in Southampton. It is our happy place. We were not able to keep our family cottage. We were tired of renting places that were not the best suited for our family. We decided to invest and start a family business and make each of our places special and equipped the way we like our rentals when we go away. We have years of hospitality experience and now focus on trying to deliver 5-star experience and memories.

Why they chose this property

Southampton is our happy place. I am happy to give suggestions for things to do around the area. It is a beautiful place all year long. If you love the beach, tennis, golf, great hiking and biking trails, delicious restaurants and boutique shopping this place is for you.

What makes this property unique

We have 3 different properties. I think what makes them unique is all the personal touches and that we do allow pets. We have one-of-a-kind art so our cottages feel like a home. The kitchen is fully equipped from a turkey roaster to milk frother. Each cottage has an amazing outdoor space for living, dining, or sitting by the fire. Every cottage has ping pong tables and games. They all have air conditioning and high-speed Internet with office spaces. We like staying in places where when you have 10 people - you have enough room around the table inside and out and comfy living room seating inside and out. We have huge harvest tables and lots of seating in all of our cottages. They are all professionally cleaned so the houses are spotless. One of our cottages is scent free because we find it hard to find places that have this trait for our family.
