This place was amazing. Newly remodeled and very close to all of the local hangouts. Walking right out the back doors to the beach made for such great late night walks on the beach too!

This place was amazing and clean and so close to the beach. I would definitely stay again! First time at Panama beach and its absolutely wonderful. Kitchen was stocked, people and neighbors were fun!.

We really enjoyed our first visit to this property ( we will be return visitors). This fully stocked, step right out to the beach property is excellently maintained. We truly appreciate David Kottman working with us to reschedule when our dog was injured, which was above and beyond what he had to do!!

Quick Trip

Nice property, easy access, close to restaurants, super easy beach access. Great for couples or small family. When they say 20 steps to sand, it truly is! Will stay again. We go 3-5 times a year

Beautiful Beach Front Condo, Gulf of Mexico

It was such a wonderful surprise for me when my husband opened the door upon arrival. He had planned the entire trip. The entire condo was beautifully decorated with new furniture and appliances. You could not want for anything else with all the amenities. We really enjoyed our week being right on the beach front. Left refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend this property.

Great property. Short on towels did not like or because we called asking for more. Washing and drying cost $5 already had washed once. Had 4 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash cloths. For 3 people and 4 nights.

The view and location were excellent but the unit was a little run down for us. It wasn’t filthy just wasn’t as clean as we prefer.

GREAT PLACE

Thank you so much David for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed being right across the street from Dusty's. My husband stayed there, while I layed on the beach or at the pool. This was a great 50th Birthday for my husband. The place was just right for the both of us. Plus we enjoyed all of your neighbors who owns a townhouse here. Great location, comfortable unit

The condo is plain but nice. The view and location is Amazing. The outside of the building is run down and not appealing, but the backside is landscaped nicely. The pool area across the road was not appealing. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The bed had dirty bedsheets and smelly comforter and the floors were dirty and sandy. We bought sheets, blanket and a pillow for our stay. We traveled quite a distance and were too exhausted to complain. Overall though it was nice and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Views

The view from the condo & the beach access was wonderful. The unit itself could use some cleaning (especially in the bathroom which has thick layers of dust & hair in corners & tops of tile ledges), but it appeared a basic wipe down, change of linens, & floors swept had been done. There was one small beach chair provided, but no beach towels or umbrella. We bought another chair & umbrella & left for the next guests. Like everything else, the kitchen dishes, glasses, towels, etc were sparse but manageable for two people for a few days. Overall, we truly enjoyed the sunsets from the patio and the beautiful beach, which out weighed everything else!

We live in St Louis, my wife Carol and I, we wanted an place on the beach that was a true walk out to the Gulf/Beach, without evelvators/parking grages etc
Plus, we wanted to walk to Pier Park. Well, this was it, It has both !!!
