This place was beautiful. The owner is especially nice. Right on the beach with picnic tables and grill. So easy for people who can’t or just don’t want to walk far. I give it an A.

Nice property, easy access, close to restaurants, super easy beach access. Great for couples or small family. When they say 20 steps to sand, it truly is! Will stay again. We go 3-5 times a year

Great getaway

Condo is described exactly as is. Just steps from the beach and very short walk to Pier Park. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Owner replied right away with any of our questions. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Relaxing at the beach

Location on the beach is great. The property and complex are taken care of well. The unit is very accommodating with comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Only issue we had was getting the access codes for the entry door to work consistently. We would definitely consider returning for another stay.

Probably wouldn’t book again !!

The view and location were excellent but the unit was a little run down for us. It wasn’t filthy just wasn’t as clean as we prefer.

Plus, we wanted to walk to Pier Park. Well, this was it, It has both !!!
