We had a very good stay with our 2 children. The space was clean and in a great location. The property manager was amazing and always easy to communicate with if needed. The fact that the place has a room full of beach chairs and equipment is a great added bonus, that made hanging at the beach a treat.

What a delightful stay. Everything was ready and the owner was so helpful as I had not clearly noted that there is only 1 parking spot for the unit. Of course the weather was amazing. Location is great - so many things within walking distance. Had a splendid time!Be aware if you have "active" folks in the unit above you - you will hear them! Group of young adults were very happy to be on spring break!

An excellent property with a great host

Vadim has turned this place into the perfect beach town getaway in a quiet community just a block away from the beach. All newly remodeled inside with a small kitchenette, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a great living room with direct access to the shared patio area. Many of the others staying there were warm and kind retired couples who have made the trip several times. There's always a time you can sit and enjoy your wine and strike up a conversation.Vadim was a great host who's always nearby and is very responsive. I'm looking forward to staying again.

Very close to beach and quiet

Contactless check in which was great. Place was clean, parking easy walk to apartment, and easy walk to beach. We wouldve liked more towels including hand towels as there was no dishwasher in unit so had to use paper towels to dry dishes. We also had few washcloths for showering. Plenty of beach toys for my 2.5 year old which was nice.

We had a great stay! The host was friendly and helpful, and the home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected from the listing. The location was especially perfect for us-delightfully close to the beach and convenient to family who were also staying in the area for a wedding. We really appreciated having such an easy, relaxing place to stay during our trip. Glad for the on-site parking, as on-street parking is nearly non-existent and the beach parking is by the hour!

Lovely Stay in Indian Rocks Beach

Vadim's apartment in Indian Rocks Beach was the perfect place for us when we visited the area for a family wedding. Communication with Vadim was easy and generally via email. He provided timely information to facilitate check-in, and he was responsive to any inquiries. He checked in with us in the evening after we checked in to make sure that everything was ok. The apartment is as advertised. It was the perfect size and location for me, my husband, one friend and our dog. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room was a nice place to relax between events, and we appreciated the sliding glass door for easy access to the patio. The kitchen is a small space, but it provided all of what we needed. The location of the apartment can't be beat. A short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Mixed emotions

I did not like the fact we were being monitored 24/7, it made me feel very uncomfortable that the Manager would call a few seconds after someone visited and he saw a diff. car parked there ... I wonder if they were cameras inside the unit? The street flooded and it was dangerous for the cars to go in and out with all that stationed water, he did give permission to park in the back lot. The place was nice and clean, bedrooms are huge with large closets, but the kitchen and dining area were very confined, so if you are going to cook you need to look for a "full size kitchen".

Safety and security of our guests always come first. The building is monitored on the OUTSIDE only 24/7, as our insurance company requires. We were happy to save you $250 on towing bill because we were able to alert you that your visitor has parked illegally and blocked other guests' cars in the parking lot. Many good things but..

There are many pros. Great location, clean, cute little compound, newer appliances, very responsive host. The one con is huge however. The larger bedroom has a mattress that desperately needs to be replaced. It has a huge dip in the middle ( you can see the dip) and the longer you lie there, the more it sinks. We stayed 3 nights, my husband and I did not sleep any. Luckily our kids had a better mattress in the room they were in. If the mattress were replaced o would stay here again. One important note for anyone with mobility issues, the bathroom is very small and awkward to get in and out of.

Thank you for your review. We have checked the bed and, indeed, found the problem - center bed support was broken. Easy 10 minute fix and the bed is as good as new. We are always only a phone call, text message, or an email away if there are any issues. Thanks again for visiting!
