Welcome to our cozy, mid-century styled basement, equipped with everything you need for a homey stay.
Rest assured you will have a clean, comfortable living space in this central location in the historic London Road area of Lethbridge.
This suite is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, oven/ stove, cookware, a private entrance, off-street parking, Wifi, Netflix, and a King sized bed.
We hope you also enjoy the patio space next to our West-facing garden!
We are located in the historic London Road area of Lethbridge, which was one of the first neighbourhoods established in our city. A 5 minute drive from downtown, we're in an ideal location to easily reach local shopping, restaurants, cafes, and other entertainment venues.
This house is over 100 years old and in great shape. The history attached to this house and the care that has gone into its maintenance are what make this home so special. It has all modern amenities (listed above) with the charm and unique design of an older house. You won't find another home that looks or feels exactly like this one.
That said, older homes come with quirks. The roof in the suite varies in height, with the lowest point being 5'10". This is a small section at the threshold of the living room/ kitchen, so please watch your head and your step when you enter into this space. Once in the living room/ kitchen the roof raises back up to being just over 6'6." and the rest of the suite is 6'9". It's common in homes of this era to have lower ceilings, but we understand that sometimes requires extra mindfulness navigating spaces. The suite easily accommodates 2 guests and comfortably hosts 4 people for meals or visits.
