The home has three bedrooms, two (including the primary bedroom) on one side of the house and the third, plus a den, on the opposite side of the house.

The spacious primary bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with custom shower and a lovely screen porch with table and chairs accessed via French doors. The other bedroom on this side of the house (the pink bedroom) has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with custom shower off the hall.

The third bedroom (the yellow bedroom) is on the opposite side of the house. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a den with desk, flat screen smart TV and a full sleep sofa--ideal for curling up with a good book, binging your favorite show or for extra sleep space. PLEASE NOTE: The den photos will be updated to show sleep sofa. The den has an exterior door to the deck. A third bathroom with custom shower is off the hall.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
