About this property
Relaxing Graham Lake Escape
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Spacious, 4-season cottage is located on tranquil Graham Lake, just 15 minutes north of Brockville. This relaxing 3-bedroom, 1 full bathroom retreat sleeps 7-8 people comfortably with each bedroom having a Queen bed and a futon in the living room (an additional double bed/boxspring available for additional guests). The wooden, wrap around deck is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee while overlooking the water. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room can easily accommodate large group gatherings, and the large windows provide beautiful views of the lake. The north westerly exposure provides an unimpeded view of stunning sunsets (see photos).
Pet friendly (2 maximum)
No Smoking
IMPORTANT:
Although the cottage is private, it is nestled within a quiet, seasonal campground which is open from mid-May to early-Oct. As you enter from the private lane you will pass several trailers, however once you arrive, they will almost seem forgotten.
AMENITITES:
Linens, towels, dishes, etc. are provided
Complementary tea and coffee (Keurig)
High speed internet (Starlink)
Smart TV
Washer/dryer
Forced air furnace with central A/C
Propane gas fireplace
BBQ
ACTIVITIES:
Boardgames
Kayaks
Paddle boat
Life jackets (various sizes available, but feel free to bring your own)
ABOUT THE LAKE:
Graham Lake is a shallow lake (2-4m deep) that provides great fishing opportunities (large & smallmouth bass, pike, bluegill, yellow perch, crappie, etc.). The calm water is great for kayaking or an adventure in the covered peddle boat. In winter, the lake will freeze over early and present the opportunity to skate or go ice fishing. There is a public dock located at the west side of the lake, so feel free to bring your boat or jet ski(s). There is plenty of parking at the cottage for your trailer and a dock to tie up to.

DIRECTIONS:
Approximately 15 minutes north of the 401, whether exiting from Mallorytown Rd or Hwy 29 (Brockville). NOTE: If taking the Mallorytown Rd exit you will turn right on Hwy 2 and then make a left at Hwy 5. SLOW DOWN when going over the railway tracks after turning onto Hwy 5 as they are bumpier than they appear!
If using GPS, be aware that it may lead you to the entrance to the Graham Lake Oasis Campground (formerly called the Lucky Loon). Please do not enter through the campground. You must turn onto Foxtrot Lane which is the first laneway immediately west of the campground entrance (to the right of the community mailboxes).
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Several golf courses
Brockville’s Aquatarium
Brockville Railway Tunnel
Brockville Arts Centre
BUSL Cidery (in Mallorytown)
1000 Islands Treetop Trekking
1000 Islands & Seaway Cruises
Shoreline 1000 Islands Casino
Singer Castle
Numerous hiking/biking trails and public beaches
Excellent scuba diving sites
Just 50 minutes from Kingston, 90 minutes from Ottawa, and 45 minutes from Ogdensburg, NY.
Should the need arise, there are medical clinics located in Athens and Lansdowne, as well as hospitals in Brockville (15 min) and Kingston.
