Aloha Anna Marie, We are glad you had a nice trip to Hawaii. The bikes were not broken but were in the bike rack outside. The Surrey Family bike absolutely exists and is available without costs to any of our guests who request it in advance if it is not being used by other families or in for maintenance. The home was equipped with 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (total 9 rolls) which is sufficient for most guest stays. The toilet is in a water closet for privacy like many master bathrooms. We do provide an interactive 3D tour that lets all guests tour the home as if they are there in advance of their trip. The departure list is as simple as asking people to take out their trash to the bin outside and start a load of beach towels to help ensure the next guests are not delayed with their checkin. Most guests don't mind tossing their beach towels in the private laundry in the home. This is a stunning home and one of the very few so close to the ocean front and overlooking the signature golf hole at the world class Mauna Lani south course.

Mauna Lani Point truly is a lovely location with some of the best views in Mauna Lani, we are so pleased that you felt the same! We are disappointed that you came across some maintenance issues during your stay as we do our very best to address these items in a timely manner. It's so great to hear that you enjoyed many beautiful sunsets on the lanai and it would be our pleasure to host you again one day at Coastal Dreams Villa.

Aloha Courtney! Sounds like you had a great island getaway! It’s wonderful to hear that you and your parents felt comfortable and at home, and that the location, views, and nearby amenities added to your experience. We appreciate your kind words about the layout, snorkel access, and the way the condo met your needs even the AC! Thank you so much for staying with Paradise in Hawaii, we hope to see you soon!

Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to do so. We are so glad that you enjoyed the stunning views from the home! We have since implemented a new system where the housekeepers and inspectors who follow afterwards now use a detailed 100 item checklist for each clean. We also are always willing and able to address these items during your stay had they been brought to our attention. It was a pleasure to host you and your family. Thank you so much for choosing Paradise in Hawaii!

Wow, nothing beats seeing a whale breach right from the lanai on your first day! Coastal Dreams really does offer unbelievable views and amazing sunsets. We realize the issue with the fridge was not ideal, we did our best to remedy the situation in a timely manner. We are so pleased that you found the location to be convenient. We strive to create a great guest experience and we are thrilled that you had a nice stay. We truly hope that you get to come back one day!

The home is beautiful and a stunning location overlooking the ocean. Many guests have come to love it and return year after year. This guest's report that there is a hole in the living room floor is completely false. There are two steps from the living room to the lanai / ground floor patio outside. This is common in almost all ground floor units in Mauna Lani Point. The photos show the home accurately as does the 3D virtual tour. There is nothing hidden. This guest admitted they were not looking where they were going and missed a step. The guest admitted it was well lit and didn't see where they were walking. Our team was quick to assist and offered assistance but they indicated all they needed was directions to the pharmacy to get some bandaids for a of some scrapes. We followed up the second day with one of our staff going onsite. It was clear the individual did not require any medical attention or see a doctor. They stayed the entire two weeks and did not depart. Only after two weeks did they then make demands for their entire trip for free. There is absolutely no negligence. Instead they decided to write a review making false claims and and grossly exagerate their accidental fall when they admittedly were not looking where they were walking while watching the ocean. Our team and the owners take guest safety very seriously. We manage over a hundred homes and have thousand of 5 star reviews.

It was truly a pleasure to host you and your family and we hope we get to do so again one day. Thank you so much for choosing Paradise in Hawaii!

Coastal Dreams is one of the best locations in Mauna Lani with amazing views. It is one of the only places you can listen to the waves, watch the whales in the winter, or golfers play the signature hole of the Mauna Lani south course. Interior decor is definitely a personal taste and is accurately shown in the photos of the actual unit. The comments about no upgrades are simply not true. The owner replaced carpet and installed new Acacia hardwood flooring, painted the entire condo, installed new beds, new couch, coffee table, dining table, outdoor furniture (we love the swivel chairs for watching the sunset) and new large smart TVs all in the last 3 years. The bathrooms were also upgraded as shown in the photos. This is one of the only Mauna Lani Point homes equipped with bikes and a wide assortment beach gear. While we typically address items that arise during the trip like a faucet that develops a drip partway through a trip we did at the request of the guest arrange a plumber. We have a team of property care and guest support individuals in the resort 365 days a year and when guests let us know of issues we work to address them as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for choosing Paradise in Hawaii for your stay in Mauna Lani. Make sure to reach out for your next trip!
