Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

The layout of the unit worked really well for our multi-generational family vacation. Everyone had their own space and we loved that the dining room accommodated all of our family.

We came for a week with several branches of the family and the property was a great fit! Enough space for all of us, easy access to the mountain and town and we really enjoyed the games provided. Thank you!

Thanks for coming to visit, we're thrilled this spot worked well for your group!
Pros: location, comfortable beds, lots of towels, nice hot tub, and nice game areaCons: many rooms have poor or no window coverings so get ready to wake up early, the master gets toasty with the morning sun and metal mini blinds even with AC, had to call for check in instructions, no oven mits, and 10am checkout was too early.

Thanks so much for your feedback! The home does have window coverings throughout, but we know everyone has different preferences and really appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
We also appreciate your notes about the check-in instructions, oven mitts, and check-out time. We’ll review those points to see where we can make things smoother and more convenient for future guests to improve guest experience!
Wonderful and very quiet place. Management checked in via text to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. A moose walked by our car while unpacking. Everything we did in town was a short drive and the bus stop is right by the unit. Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. We enjoyed our relaxing time for our first Colorado experience. Thank you very much

We’re so grateful for your visit and your review! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope you’ll come back for another stay soon.
Everything was great but only gave 4 stars for listing because it said it had a grill on the porch and picture showed grill, so we had bought steaks before arrival and no grill

Thank you for staying with us, Lisa! We appreciate your feedback and are thrilled to hear that everything was great during your stay at Herbage A1. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the grill. We will make sure to update our listing to reflect the current amenities accurately. We really appreciate your understanding and would love to host you again whenever you're back in Steamboat!
This place is a great get away in the middle of a mountain town. The Hot tub was gross; water was green and stunk. There is no BBQ grill. The management company was wonderful. I still wish we had the option of using the hot tub. Next time maybe.

Hi! Thank you for your kind words, we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future!
Nestled in base of the mountain the condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of space for my 3 daughters and their husbands and 1 boy friend. My grand daughter loved playing hide n seek and my friend from Chicago couldn’t believe the views. Enjoyed the hot tub in freezing temp, grilled our steaks and drank our beer. Really enjoyed our time in steamboat. Thank you

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that the condo was the perfect space for your family and that everyone had a great time. It sounds like you made some amazing memories—whether it was playing hide and seek, enjoying the views, or grilling steaks and relaxing in the hot tub. We’re thrilled that you enjoyed your time in Steamboat, and we’d love to host you again in the future. Thanks again for choosing us!
The good: it was clean, very close to a convenient free shuttle which we used regularly to go to the ski slopes and downtown. The bunk room was spacious for a bunch of kids. They loved it. Bathrooms were equipped with shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. The hot tub was hot, the jets kinda worked. The less than ideal: it is a tight space (particularly the kitchen) for ten people. Lacked polish, all the tv’s have cables dangling down, the lighting is a bit odd, no hangers in the closets (5 in the whole space?). A lot of the heat vents are covered by furniture, etc so it was tough to get warm. Frankly the photos are a bit of a catfish. It’s a perfectly functional crash pad for skiing, if you plan to be out and about (which we were). We planned to have a couple dinners at home but decided to go out since the kitchen, dining and overall space weren’t that compelling. For previous ski trips at that price point we were expecting a bit more polish and charm. It absolutely did the trick and we had a fun time in Steamboat but we were all expecting a nicer space.

Thanks for coming to visit Tom, we appreciate the feedback. If you ever need all the bedrooms and layout as described in the listing, our Reservation team is always available to help answer questions or make suggestions. We will make recommendations to the owner as we want the house to be comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has worked great for most families and we certainly wanted your group to feel the same way. We hope you come visit again, we have some larger spots in the area if that’s better for your group as well.
