Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 415

Condo 415 at Island Beach Resort is on the 4th (top) floor and overlooks the parking lot and Nettles Island across the street. This condo has three flat screen TVs, three balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the spacious living area has a queen size sofa bed. In less than 30 seconds you can be on the beach with a famous Rum Bucket from Shuckers. Condo 415 is perfect for families, since it's one of only four two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos onsite. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens are provided?
A: 6 pool towels, 12 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, black makeup washcloths, bathmats. Please, no linen exchanges.

Just OK

Location of the property on the island was good. Bedrooms were roomy. Using keys with room numbers instead of fobs or pass codes on doors is not very secure. Two teenage boys walked into the building behind me when I entered from the parking lot at night. We had a hard time with the lock on the door to the unit. The room smelled musty.

This unit does not follow our usual VRBO experience. The furniture in living area was uncomfortable however beds were good. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with cooking supplies. Limited dishes, no sharp knives, dollar store or consignment quality things. There were no cleaning supplies other than dish soap.I would stay here again because I love the area but I feel they should do better to be part of VRBO.

The stay was great. Right on the beach and the condo was really nice. Would have liked a beach view though and the beds were very uncomforatable. Didn’t get much sleep while I was there. But other than that, everything was great.

Nice property, well maintained. Great beach and pool.

Overall everything is nice and well maintained except for the room floor, which was extremely dirty. Could not move around room berefoot..

Delightful stay👍💐❤️

Staff was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Right on the beach. Shuckers restaurant served delicious honey mustard salmon. It got a little noisy later in the evening, but everyone was having a good time with live entertainment
