We really enjoyed our week here. The home was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved being able to sit on the porch and watch birds and the sunset over the bay. Easy walk to the beach. Hoping to return for a week next year!

We had a lovely stay on Haven Street with an amazing view of the bay and sunsets most every night. The house is dated (especially for the block) but had all the amenities we needed. The bed in the primary bedroom was not at all comfortable so we (the renting couple) moved to a guest room in order to have more restful nights’ sleep. It was also an inconvenience to have to bring our own sheets and towels since we flew in from CA. But, being so close to the beach and in a nice, quiet part of OCNJ for the first gorgeous, sunny, warm week of the year was sublime. Rent this place if you don’t require super modern and love a bit of character. (Speaking of characters, the neighbor downstairs is a hoot of a local!)

Beautiful view - especially sunsets

We brought our dog and were able to walk her to the dog park for serious playtime. It was comfortable for 2 adults and a dog -- also invited family over for a few dinners and had everything we needed available. Carpet needs replacing and was not much noise insulation from the unit below us. Older finishes in kitchen and bathrooms, but sinks and toilets were new and the king mattress in master bedroom was very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice place to spend a week in winter. I'm sure the decks would be nice to use in the summer.
