綠蔭盎然的三棵老樹，襯托佈滿水泥屋瓦的日式獨棟雙拼磚木混造架高屋舍，磚造圍牆上方防盜的四吋大釘與紅白相間的眷村紅門，全屋運用榫接結構修復大木樑柱，補強架高木地板，打開破損竿緣天花，讓屋頂野地版防水與屋瓦工程修復一目了然，展示修復工法與在地材料的新舊融合，此屋舍便是誠正國小第一任校長王景佑校長與孫菊人老師的住所。
期待大家都能跟我們一樣體驗沉浸式眷村日常，除了可以穿梭村子巷弄串門子外，還可了解眷舍修復過程，在獨特超過一甲子的三棵大樹下感受絲絲清風拂面，愜意流連，泡上一壺清香茗茶，配上眷村小點，享受眷村食聊的午後時光，大小孩們也可體驗製作早期手工眷村童玩。夜幕降臨時騎著單車至鳳山大街採買在地美食回眷舍享用，也可在保留了５０年代白色方形磁磚的炊事場簡單體驗製作眷村家鄉菜。用膳休息後在湯屋內注滿熱水放入一塊泡澡錠，享受森林原木芬多精的滋潤，解除都市壓力。夜闌人靜換上睡袍窩在充滿眷村味的主臥或是日式地舖，擁抱陽光般的棉被，耳邊傳來陸軍官校悠悠晚安曲酣然入夢，隔日院子樹上各種鳥鳴旋律譜成大自然美麗的樂章，拌入軍校起床號，體驗眷村獨特的早安進行曲。換洗後，沖杯熱牛奶或手沖咖啡，拿起蒸籠內熱騰騰的窗花饅頭搭配清粥小菜，便是眷村家常醍醐味。打開緣側格柵拉門延伸室內至庭院互為表裡相輔相成，在角落隨意翻開一本書，坐上搖椅，時而放空時而回味，享受這眷村演化獨特的ＳＯＨＯ工房。
