31 Moonta is a beautiful sandstone home. Both spacious & elegant, this home is tastefully renovated to embrace the traditional 1904 built features and feel, with a modern upgrade and furnishings. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Moonta's main street, supermarket, cafe's and local pubs and Queen's Park, which is great for a picnic and relaxing under the large old trees. For a small country town, there are many small shops to wander through and even a cinema on the main street (George Street).
The home has 3 generously sized bedrooms to sleep up to 6 people, with zoned ducted air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round. There are two newly renovated bathrooms, one with a bath. A large rear deck creates a peaceful outdoor area with a BBQ and plenty of serving space. The front veranda is the perfect morning retread to take in some relaxing sunshine with your morning coffee.
