Love the Oro Valley location and the neighborhood’s scenic sunsets. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio seating as well. The inside of the house was roomy and the living areas and the main bedroom/bath were great. The two secondary bedrooms were not appropriately furnished, too dark and hot, and the bed in the smaller one was uncomfortable - no screens and very noisy air conditioner made sleeping difficult on that end of the house. Owner very responsive and we appreciate cleaning supplies and extra linens when requested.

House was well equipped. Loved all the coffee selections! Primary bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. Nice touch for guests to have travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash/soap and lotion. Also suppling laundry pods was great. The washer worked well but we had lots of trouble getting the dryer to start. Might need to have it looked at. One of the guest bedrooms only had 1 of 3 fan lights working. Overall a very nice, clean house. Thanks for the extras and sharing your house with us.

Beautiful home - as great as the pictures promise. The location is perfect for enjoying Tucson city activities and amenities, and for the business we had north of the city. We've enjoyed a number of vrbo places... this was among the best!

Wow, this is such a gorgeous home!! Everything was clean, well stocked, and with comfortable beds. The short walking trails in the neighborhood were perfect for family walks while soaking in the views of the mountains. My family loved this stay. If there was 10 stars I’d give it a 10! The house was SO nice inside and super clean. The outside was even better! It was such a great backyard for a family with kids. We grilled a few times for dinner and hung out outside all night. It has everything you need! We will definitely stay here again anytime we’re in AZ

The property was nice. There was an issue with the kitchen faucet & garbage disposal during our stay that was fixed while we were there. The dishwasher started pooling water while running before we left - fix to happenafter our departure. These were minor inconveniences and just part of life.The internet dropped out periodically for a few minutes at a time which made working from the unit a challenge. Having to use my phone as a mobile hotspot to work was a draw back.The AC flow to the secondary bedrooms was the real downside of this rental. I know summers in AZ are hot but the AC barely made a dent in those rooms which was unpleasant for my kids.

We’re currently looking into solutions to improve both the internet stability and the cooling efficiency in the secondary bedrooms to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.
