In the middle of the green countryside but just a kilometer from the center of FALLERON, you will spend a quiet and friendly stay.
Ideal for walking or cycling, Near amenities at the edge of the ocean and beaches of fine sand.
The field of Crépelière awaits you for holidays with family or friends.
The story house has been completely renovated.
You will find on the ground floor a large living room with kitchen, dining room and living room with TV and DVD player. 2 large bedrooms, the 160/200 bedding is new. Each room has its own bathroom (shower). 2 WC
Upstairs you will reach a large charming room with 1 bed 120 and 2 beds of 90. It has a bathroom and toilet.
Garden furniture and barbecue on a large terrace surrounded by a large garden.

Le gîte présente de nombreux avantages : maison ancienne (plus fraîche par temps de canicule), pièces aux proportions confortables, avec un vaste terrain sans vis-à-vis, sauf de paisibles vaches. Cadre agréable très calme Grand espace clos privatif idéal pour les enfants La partie nuit trés bien grands chambres et grandes salles de bain La partie vie manque de rangement. Aucun placard pour ranger les affaires et les courses . Les placards ou était rangée la vaisselle aurait mériré un grand dépoussiérage que mon épouse a été obligé de faire en arrivant.

Un très très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est au calme, spacieuse, accueillante et confortable : nous nous y sommes très bien senti. La localisation du gîte nous a permis de varier les activités: visite de châteaux, canoë et plages. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs.

Avons été accueillis avec le sourire. Parking aisé / propriété indépendante du reste du corps de ferme / logement parfaitement isolé de la chaleur / lieu silencieux/ logement spacieux / chaque chambre possède sa salle d'eau / Wifi présent / TV avec lecteur CD enfin grande cuisine agréable et fonctionnelle. La pergola à l'extérieure ajoute une touche de "Farniente". Avons beaucoup apprécié aussi sa situation géographique car les tous les lieux touristiques se situent entre 25 et 45 mn en voiture.

Retour vers la nature

Ce gite de caractère est un beau corps de ferme rénovée avec gout. Il est spacieux , propre , calme car situé en dehors de Falleron. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette tranquillité et nous avons profité de la campagne environnante mais aussi des joies de la mer. Les plages se trouvant à une trentaine de kilomètres.

Magnifique gîte situe a la campagne avec pour voisines les vaches.milieu Propriétaires charmants et conviviales. gite très propre et bien équipé. Lits faits a l arrivée et linge de maison fourni sans supplément y compris serviettes de toilette. A 1h du puy du fou et 25mins des plages. A recommander vivement !
