Disappointing

We didn't receive checkin instructions until an hour after check in. Asked a question prior to stay without reply. The add was misleading, it didnt mention that it was a basement suite, and said there was a hot tub. The lighting was florescent & abrasive. Provided only mens 3 in 1.
