Friendly Welcoming Accommodations

The owners were very very friendly and asked us several times if we needed anything. The basement suite was very clean, extremely well stocked, bedding and beds were perfection, kitchen appliances were extravagant. Location was great. We'd stay again.

Clean and self sufficient

Peter's place is very clean and it is well equipped with all supplies that you would need as if you are living in your own home. If you like to make your own meal while you stay there, all you need is food. Everything else is there for you to prepareca good meal. Peter was very responsive when I had questions about the supplies and how to operate the TV. I would definately recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Edmonton.

Our property is a 10-minute drive to the Edmonton International Airport, Premium Outlet Mall, or Costco. The Edmonton Soccer Dome is 10 minutes away. Located in the beautiful Southwest Edmonton, our neighborhood is a 15-minute drive to West Edmonton Mall, 10 minutes from Windermere. Plenty of stores to shop at nearby. There is an outdoor gym for gym lovers and a big park to use for free in the neighborhood. There are two City of Edmonton recreation centres nearby.

What makes this property unique

Free street parking is available. Amazon fulfilment Centre is 5 minutes away. 41 Avenue SW takes you directly from and to the airport. Our property is close to Anthony Henday Drive, Calgary Trail, and Gateway Boulevard, making your commute within Edmonton quick and smooth. There is an ETS (Edmonton Transit System) park and ride 5 minutes away.
