Casa Cielo is our stunning luxury villa nestled in the cliff side jungle of San Pancho, Nayarit. The entire interior has been recently renovated for more natural light, function and comfort to enjoy the vast ocean views. The property is tucked away in a gated community with only 4 other homes within 15 acres of jungle. Our cliff-side villa offers a serene atmosphere with picturesque ocean view, the calming sounds of the waves, and palms rustling in the breeze. The main casa has 3 interior bedrooms all recently redone with ensuite bathrooms for each room which can comfortably sleep two adults. There is an exterior separate entrance bedroom, perfect for those wanting a bit more privacy. Lastly the casita which is its own separate haven from the casa. It consists of its own kitchen, living room, laundry, bathrooms and patio which is enhanced by the beauty and tranquility of its surroundings. The pool, and patios are the perfect touch for all to share and enjoy this idyllic space.

Why they chose this property

The jungle meeting the ocean was so unique and peaceful. We are a perfect distance for a good walk into town, but far enough that it’s quiet and relaxing in the evening.

What makes this property unique

Our home overlooks the beach and we can see where San Pancho meets Sayulita, the ocean in front of our property has shown us whale shows, dolphin pods, barracudas, schools of fish and the sunsets are incredible.
