Welcome to our charming home in Calgary NW! With 2233 sqft, it's perfect for groups of 6-8. Nestled in a prime location just 3 mins drive from stores and restaurants, and 20 mins from YYC Airport.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, a family room, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a double-size pull-out sofa. Also, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living space with a 65-inch TV.
Plus, air hockey and a foosball table for added entertainment!
📣NO parties allowed.
📣Please note that there is a separate rental unit in the basement. Soundproofing in a single house is not perfect. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am and walk quietly during those times.
📣 Please recycle your garbage!
The city only collects the black bin (non-recyclable waste) once every two weeks. Please use the provided recycling and compost bins.
