We had a comfortable stay overall, but the downstairs shower definitely needs attention. The water temperature is not functioning properly — it swings from very hot to very cold with even a slight adjustment. It’s not in working condition at the moment and really needs a fix. Once this is sorted, it will make the stay much better for future guests.

Nice place, check in information was quite delayed. But once we received it things were ok. As we were traveling from half way across the world, the check in delay was a bit trying.
Beautiful home had everything we needed and more! Plenty of entertainment The kids loved the game room and spa. Beds were comfortable would definitely stay again. Was perfect for our little getaway
We loved staying at this home. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, right down to extra towels, just in case! Super comfortable beds, very clean kitchen and bathrooms... Loved the gaming area in the garage...
We only wish we had booked this for a longer time. Next time we're in chc, we'll definitely be staying here again.
Communication with Phil was amazing. We ended up staying at a different location due to unfortunate circumstances with the original booking, but Phil took care of us and placed us in an upgraded location without hesitation.
Great place to stay for our wedding party with plenty of activities (games room/ hot tub) for down time. Property was clean and tidy and the check in/ check out process was very easy.
Only sleeps 7, though is advertised for 8. Cooking facilities (oven trays, utensils etc) were a bit limited - especially when cooking for 8 people - and the BBQ was rusted, but there was just enough to get by.
Overall an easy and enjoyable stay, with excellent communication from the host for any queries we had.
Nightmare - Disappointing, Grounds overgrown, Rubbish bin stunk, and despite assurances Spa would work when we arrived it didn't go !! Little effort to assist.
Offered a credit and have now reversed that !!
It appears Property Mgrs - Ohana - have 15 mill turnover but don't honour agreements with clients for credits!!

Totally wrong description online
We booked 6 adults and one child, and the online description said there will be three bedrooms, one with a king bed and a single bed, second one with a king bed, the last one with two single beds. However, after we arrived, we could only find there were two king beds and one single bed in total, we tried to contact the property manager, they didn’t solve the problem for us, we have to book another property for our friends by the end.
We tried to call the property manager afterwards, they said they would report it to their team, but never heard back from them.
The house was unsuitable for 8 guests. There were 6 beds (including the trundle bed under the single).Aside from this there was the couch (reasonably comfortable), and a very uncomfortable camp bed, with a thin mattress, and the 2 halves joined at an adults hip level. Some of the cutlery had food bits baked on from the dishwasher - otherwise the house was clean. there was insufficient sheets to make up the beds with top and bottom sheets. There was a sense of neglect. with sellotape on the ceiling. Hose fittings incomplete. The description of a spacious lounge was at least an overstatement. I don't think all 8 of us would have been able to sit in there, if we had wanted to. Another concern, there was no information securing the property when we went out. We had good instructions on how to access but not exit. We locked Front D from the inside and walked out through the glass door in the garage, locking that. Overall, I was disappointed in the standard of presentation, and embarrassed that my elderly cousins (in their 80's)with poor mobility that required them to sleep downstairs had to sleep in the lounge as the garage which was touted as an alternative was cold and even more unappealing than the lounge. The other d/stairs bed room was used by another frail relative. We also had to bring in chairs from outside for table. I also think "The House From your Dreams" is rather a misnomer. Positives - plentiful hot water and good bathrooms. Very pleasant Cleaning lady
