LOTS of open space and exactly what we needed!

We had a great stay with our adult children - the open living area was a great place to gather, from a really nice dinner at the very comfortable dining table, to watching the Super Bowl on the large TV, to plenty of storage and amenities in the kitchen. The two bathrooms provided plenty of space for us as well. The lanai was very nicely furnished and we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside. We were visiting family who happened to be in town during this time, and if we come back will most definitely look to come back here.

Wonderful house and host

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday - host was accessible and replied immediately to our questions - loved the home - lots of room to spread out and everything you need to have the best vacation.

Great place!

Our family loved this home. The open concept floorplan offered more than enough space for our needs, and everything was so clean! I highly recommend this home, and would love to take my family there again in the future. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach.

It is a beautiful house in a great little neighborhood. Super close to all the great stores. We spent a weekn at the house and my kid enjoyed the yard and screened porch. The owner is super nice and was very responsive to the few issues we ran into. We would definitely recommend styaing here and will be staying here again next time.

Lovely stay!

The home is well appointed and spacious. We had a grand Christmas in this lovely place. Cozy enough for snuggling up for movies together (extra throw blankets provided in a beautiful basket) and yet spacious enough to accommodate family cooking and Christmas games. We will certainly return to this gorgeous home the next time we visit.

Peaceful tranquility!

This was the perfect place to stay in such a beautiful, clean and peaceful home.It was such a nice surprise to find it so well stocked with items a family would need from being out of town. Our family truly loved it, and was able to unwind and sleep well each night. While each breakfast was spent on the warm screened in patio.If we're ever back in this area, we would love to stay here again!

Comfort and Cleanliness in Palm Beach Gardens

Alfredo's rental in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens was an amazing stay. We (A couple) were waiting to move into our condo, and this house provided us the perfect bridge while we were without our home. The house has a very nice, spacious, open layout. Every room was clean, the house was well ventilated, and we found ourselves using every space in the house. The enclosed back porch was wonderful to eat, relax, and even work out of during the day. We used the grill a lot, and enjoyed meals outside in the quiet neighborhood. The garage space was excellent for everything from some bag storage to working out. We would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in the Palm Beach area who is looking for a quiet neighborhood, good house space, and an extremely friendly leasing owner (Alfredo was amazing! He even provided us a little Argentine wine upon arrival to share his interests).

Beautiful property and amazing host!

We stayed at the property for 1 week and I must say that the property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. The location is perfect! The host was so great. He communicated promptly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond when the door lock stopped working. He came over himself and made sure to fix it. I will be booking the same property again when I go to palm beach for work.

Travel Ball family vacation

Everything about the property was fantastic. We did have some glitches as we were the first renters. The host was easy to contact and made every effort to resolve the issue with no hot water. Evolve was also very helpful in working through the problem. I would definitely rent this property again because the host was very understanding and helpful.
